Assisted Living Services invites you to attend the upcoming Shoreline Eldercare Alliance “Moving Through Trials” event on Saturday, October 17.
This event will feature author and brain cancer survivor Lisa Reisman, who will share her story of endurance and survival. This is a touching and inspiring presentation for people of all ages that shows the resilience of the body and the way it can be restored. It is sprinkled with humor and warmth.
The talk will be followed by two 15 minute segments of Silver Sneakers exercise and Tai Chi.
