We know our employees are our most important assets.

In addition to standard benefits, we offer two unique programs to show our appreciation and help grow a team of highly qualified and enthusiastic caregivers.

Extraordinary Recognition for Extraordinary Care!

Platinum Caregiver Award

Every month clients are randomly surveyed by an outside company to measure customer satisfaction. The client or family member rates the quality of care provided and can recognize caregivers that went “above and beyond.” Based on the quality scores, we choose one caregiver each month to earn the Platinum Caregiver Award and a $5000.00 check for outstanding service! You might think that $5000.00 is an extraordinary amount for being caregiver of the month. IT IS! But that is how committed we are to providing quality service and rewarding our great caregivers.

The Owner’s Club

Without quality caregivers, we cannot service our clients. We know that the best people to work with are those you know and trust. So, we created The Owner’s Club. This employee only referral program rewards YOU for recommending top-notch caregivers to join our team.

You can earn between $.50 to $1.00 for each eligible hour the person you refer to Assisted Living Services works with us. The best part is you can refer as many people as you want. There is NO LIMIT to the number of people you can refer or the extra income you can receive! Check out the example chart to see how it can add up!*
