EXTRAORDINARY RECOGNITION FOR EXTRAORDINARY CARE

The Platinum Caregiver Award

Every month clients are randomly surveyed by an outside company to measure customer satisfaction. The client or family member rates the quality of care provided and can recognize caregivers for their outstanding commitment and care. Based on the quality scores, we choose five caregivers each month to earn the Platinum Caregiver Award and a $1000.00 check for service that went above and beyond. Ultimately, we give $5000.00 per month in total to our outstanding caregivers who are selected for the Platinum Caregiver Award.

Where most in-home caregiver training ends, we’re just getting started. We believe training and support can do more than just help employees do their job. We believe in going beyond standards, with training modules and ongoing support as well continued education throughout employment, so our employees will feel empowered to go above and beyond for the people they care for and thrive in a career they love.
