When Loved Ones Need a Memory Care Companion, Let’s Make Them Feel at Home.
Consistent, non-medical in-home support built around your loved one’s story — delivered by companions who complete our full specialized training curriculum, and overseen by credentialed managers, at no added cost to your care plan.
Whether you’re noticing the first small changes or managing round-the-clock needs, our companions meet your family where you are.
Early, middle, or late — care plans are personalized and adjust as needs change, with no extra cost for the specialized program.
We perform a safety walk-through with family representative to assist in identifying and addressing potential safety issues.
You are a caregiver too. We provide respite, structured communication, and a 24/7 line — so you don’t carry this alone.
Structured check-ins keep you informed — and remind you that you don’t have to manage this alone.
Orientation meeting
We review the program, the care plan, and your preferred way to stay in touch.
30 / 60 / 90-day reviews
In-home conferences to review progress, then quarterly visits and regular contact after.
24/7 on-call line
Urgent concern after hours? A supervisor is always reachable.
Respite & referrals
Flexible scheduling for family relief, plus connections to statewide caregiver resources.
Every companion assigned to a memory care client completes our full training curriculum.
Directors, Client Service Managers, and Community Outreach Representatives complete a Dementia Practitioner Certification, Dementia LIVE Experiential Training, and ongoing memory care education…with a Certified Senior Advisor and Dementia LIVE Trainer on-staff.
Before care begins, we document routines, relationships, music, and comfort foods, so care is built around the person, not a checklist.
Companions use Teepa Snow’s GEMS state-matching model and Naomi Feil’s Validation approach to communicate with warmth and reduce distress.
A kit of engagement items—personalized with family contributions—plus Caregiver Cue Cards are part of a comprehensive reference guide that your companion can use each shift.
Typically 1 to 2 dedicated companions per client on a steady weekly schedule, so trust and routine build over time.
An on-call supervisor is available around the clock, with scheduled check-ins, so you always know how things are going.
