Homecare Program for Elders, Veterans Aid and Attendants Benefit, Long Term Care Insurance, and Geriatric Case Management. Kiosk #3 Assisted Living Communities, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitaion Facilities, has a variety of brochures and informational handouts on many of the finest facilities in Connecticut.
