Make a healthy food basket for seniors. This one called “Food Lovers” has pasta, sauces, and even some items that make food preparation easier for seniors like an ergonomic can opener, and jar openers.  Consider adding nuts, dried fruit, whole grain crackers, soups, tea and / or coffee beans, and oatmeal.  Very easy to put together – just find a wicker basket!
