We are pleased to announce the promotion of Kristin Mercadante to the position of Scheduling Manager / Live-In Services effective November 1, 2012.
Kristin was first hired by Assisted Living Services, Inc. in 2007 as a Homemaker and in 2008, she became our Receptionist and Administrative Assistant.
Kristin has worked tirelessly to make improvements that have helped enhance the quality of services our agency provides. She cares very deeply about our customers and always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
In her new role she will report to Tom Daly, MS, Director of Live-In Services and assist Mary Scagliarini, RN, Live-In Services Coordinator. She will be performing scheduling, assist with the hiring process and payroll, and helping as needed in supervising Live-in-staff. She will play an integral role in assuring that we are providing services that people rave about!
