Providing quality home care services starts with hiring and training the right staff.

Assisted Living Services begins the hiring process with an interview done by a member of management trained in behavioral interviewing. Prospective employees are further screened through a thorough check of previous employment history and character references. Once hired, our staff is trained to adhere to a strong Continuous Quality Improvement Program.

All staff must truly love working with the elderly, and have a proven track record of reliability and compassion. Staff and managers are rewarded for perfect attendance and for going “over and above” for Assisted Living clients.

Assisted Living Services, Inc. is Registered Nurse-owned and operated and also employs a former Occupational Therapist as its Director of Live-in Services, a former Wellness Nurse from an Assisted Living Facility as it’s Live-in Coordinator, and a former Business Manager from an Assisted Living Facility as its Director of Hourly Services.

These individuals have over 40 years of community health and senior care experience between them. This experience, coupled with collaborative relationships with area hospitals, VNAs, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, area agencies on aging and assisted living facilities, help us to provide our clients with the optimum care required.

All Assisted Living Services, Inc. staff are:
