 When circumstances arise that require a more extended in-home service solution, Assisted Living Services, Inc. can offer 24 hour services provided by a specially trained caregiver. 24 hour a day, 7 day a week coverage can assure that the client remains in his/her home and help promote safety and wellness. Live-in caregivers primarily assist with personal care*, transfers and food preparation. They monitor the client's safety, provide medication reminders and report changes in the client's condition. In addition, live-in caregivers strive to keep a clean and safe home environment at all times.
Our Live-in Caregivers have attained previous training in a Home Health Aide or Nurses Aide Program. We encourage the families of clients to meet and participate in selecting a caregiver that will be perfect for the unique needs of your loved one.
We can also provide Extended Care Services in 8 or 12 hour shifts with Personal Care Assistants (PCA'S) who are similarly well trained.
* To provide personal care we will get documentation from your Primary Care Physician that your medical condition is chronic and stable.
